Freestyle

Jules Declercq assumes the costumed identity of Freestyle after his release from the Hague Penitentiary. As leader of The Division, he commands a band of mercenary criminals whose costumes are designed to inspire fear. The character is presented as a recognizable super-powered villain for use in comic-book adventures.
