Gashadokuro, the Starving Skeleton

After midnight, a towering skeletal spirit approaches with ringing ears and the clatter of chattering bones. Fifteen soldiers tall and nearly indestructible, it hunts survivors, decapitating victims with its teeth before drinking their blood. The encounter presents an enduring threat that wears down even experienced characters. It can only be permanently overcome by finding a way to quench its anger or surviving until its fury burns out.
