Players explore a newly discovered pyramid chamber by chamber, revealing a Pyramid card each turn and moving an Explorer pawn into the active room. Each chamber presents a simultaneous-memory challenge: all players count to three and reveal one card at the same time, trying to match symbols on the Pyramid card. Successful matches let the group proceed; failures leave the party stuck while played cards cycle to the end of the row. When three identical treasure symbols appear on the table the group may begin an Escape phase and attempt to return to the entrance before a advancing mummy reaches the end of its track. The group wins if at least one treasure is carried out; if the mummy arrives first, the expedition fails.
