Han: The Forbidden City

An expansion adds a new Forbidden City tile that sits adjacent to the base game map. The tile offers an additional location where players can place counters, but access is restricted: only delegates may be placed there. Players integrate the tile into existing turn structure and use it to expand placement options and strategic choices related to delegate placement.
