The supplement includes a historical timeline, wartime allegiances, ten advanced classes such as Commandos, Spies, Combat Pilots, Snipers, and Nazi Occultists, and new feats for modern warfare. It also provides rules and details for hundreds of vehicles, weapons, and equipment, along with aerial combat and difficult driving conditions. Optional supernatural elements include ancient artifacts, experimental weapons, empowered heroes, and monsters such as gremlins and foo fighters.
