Hellywood

A film-noir roleplaying game set in Heaven Harbor, a detailed city populated by numerous non-player characters. The original game system uses craps-inspired mechanics, and the core book includes eight ready-to-play characters, two scenarios, and guidance for game masters on running the setting and creating a noir atmosphere.
