In the town of Sawtooth, a secret cult prepares to revive the worship of Yith-Oggatha, the subterranean murderworm. With the Winter Solstice three days away, the Wormfather’s apprentice plans a sacrificial transformation ritual followed by an attack on the village. Designed for 4–6 first-level characters, this adventure involves uncovering secrets, confronting mutated creatures, and stopping the ritual before Sawtooth is destroyed. It can follow Vault of the Murderworm or be played as a standalone scenario.
