Hex Effects

Players each start with four face-up Hex cards in front of them that must be treated before anyone wins. On a turn, players draw cards and take two actions, typically playing Remedy cards from hand onto Hexes in their Shadow to remove them. Remedies list side effects that add new Hex vulnerabilities, allowing opponents to play those Hexes onto the treated player on later turns. Play continues in this take-that card game until one player has no remaining Hexes in their Shadow.
