Hostage Negotiator: Abductor Pack 10

A faceless cyber-terrorist has hacked the city’s infrastructure and planted a remotely accessible bomb. Players act as a negotiator trying to manage a hostage situation while teams work to decrypt the bomb’s access code. Play uses a 15-card abductor deck that introduces a new mechanical threat: balancing time spent saving hostages against time needed to break the encryption. Each decision affects available time and the evolving danger, forcing trade-offs between immediate rescues and long-term decryption efforts. This expansion integrates with the core negotiator game systems and alternative crime-wave rules, and replaces earlier versions of this abductor pack with a redesigned set of mechanics.
