A strategic wargame of naval and political competition in the Indian Ocean Region around the mid-2020s. Players take the roles of nations or blocs, playing political cards over multiple rounds to advance influence, trigger crises, and create opportunities for kinetic action. When diplomatic tension escalates into fighting, the game shifts to an operational scale: turns represent three to seven hours, and players deploy capital ships, escorts in pairs or triples, aircraft squadrons, submarines, and ground battalions across a hex map (1 hex = 45 nm). Scenarios cover political buildup through limited or regional warfare; play supports two players best but includes three-player and solitaire options, with typical sessions lasting 2–4 hours.
