Refight the bloody battle of Iwo Jima in 1945. In this solitaire, card-driven game, players command the US Marine Corps invasion against Japanese defenders during the 36-day campaign. Cards simulate Japanese defensive strategies, while attacks against mountain positions reduce the USMC’s attack dice. Players may play any number of cards from their hand each turn as they advance across the island.
