Jumble Jam

Players act as grandchildren working a family bakery, racing to serve customers and keep Grandma’s shop running. On each turn players place tokens to claim desserts coming out of the kitchen, using shared cards and resources that every player can target. Players complete client orders by collecting the right dessert combinations, score points for fulfilled orders, and compete to reach a set number of completed orders or to have the most when the round ends. Grandma is an active constraint who monitors waste and influences which plays are allowed, so players balance speed with careful selection to avoid penalties.

From blog AdayAgame (IG) Tons of HQ boardgame pics : https://www.instagram.com/adayagame/ JUMBLE JAM – A little spanish game which playable from ages of 7-8 with an uncommon theme: pastrys. Hey donuts and other pastries, mechanism are majorities and pick-up and delivery. With some hand management too. The box is full of quality components : about fifty pawns of various shapes (jam pots for players and various pastry shops), metal pieces, two big metal tokens (first player, first waiter), a dice and many cards. And cats too. The game plays fast: as orders are prepared we place a pawn in our pastry color between cards. Everyone does the same and majorities are then settled to gain these cards. In case of equality no one wins the card. Then, in the opposite order of the game, you can try to place an order, you get a malus if you ruin buns. According to the roll of the dice from the beginning, a bonus will be proposed on some cards. Made with a very nice material, it is a good little surprise for family playing, you can steal very useful cards using the cats present in the game. We rate it a good 7.5/10 in Bgg to this Jumble Jam!
