Lockdown

A sourcebook for Mutants & Masterminds detailing Buckner Ridge Superhuman Penitentiary, a privately run prison for captured super-villains. It describes all four levels of the facility, its operations and staff, including super-powered guards, along with inmates, prison factions, and the nearby town that depends on the prison’s economy. The book provides adventure ideas for using the penitentiary as a campaign setting, a background location, or the focus of a game featuring incarcerated characters. It also includes a conspiracy that threatens to destroy the prison and destabilize law and order beyond its walls.
