Lorn Song of the Bachelor

A riverine adventure and dungeon crawl inspired by the crocodile stories of Southeast Asia, particularly Sarawak. Players travel upriver through an enchanted wilderness while navigating tensions between local villagers, a foreign merchant company, and a giant supernatural crocodile driven by ancient spirits. The module combines a bloody curse, a failed love, factional interplay, random tables, new creatures, and an extraplanar dungeon complex that can alter the surrounding environment. Its encounters include mind-controlling catfish, tooth golems, a pregnant tiger spirit, and a crocodile that seeks to devour the expedition.
