Players take on the role of rival mayors across a ten-game campaign that changes the city and its rules as play progresses. Gameplay keeps the core dice-rolling and income-collecting mechanics while adding persistent unlocks, new cards, and branching choices that alter future games. Players build landmarks, unlock abilities, and make decisions that create a unique play experience across the series. Even when not competing to win a single session, players can set up advantages or story developments that affect later games, with the campaign telling a complete narrative set in the same city.
