Malifaux: Scales of Justice

A totem for Lady Justice, the Scales support allies and hinder opponents through card manipulation. Its Tip the Scales spell requires a high card and can give a target a positive or negative twist on its next duel, subject to resistance. A zero action allows the player to cycle through the hand one card at a time, replacing unwanted low cards with new draws.
