Investigators return to confront new mysteries involving disappearances, murder, and eldritch forces. The expansion adds two investigators, a new monster, and additional cards and components that expand available locations, encounters, and narrative options. Players explore new scenarios, move through revealed map spaces, gather clues, manage injuries and resources, and resolve skill tests and combat against cultists, spirits, and the unfamiliar creature introduced here. The added components integrate with existing scenarios to increase variety and replayability.
