A solo adventure gamebook casts the player as Jeren Sureblade, a paladin entering Castle Ravenloft to confront its horrors and destroy the undead Count Strahd von Zarovich. The book uses a role-playing system with two six-sided dice, hit points, skill points, experience points, and other character statistics. A tear-out character stats card is included.
