Adds twelve new nations that come with dynasty decks and supplies dynasty variants for the base game's B-side nations. Introduces Turmoil, which makes Stability fluctuate during play, and Natural Wonders, which present difficult choices and new interaction opportunities. Includes more advanced Progress cards to expand strategic options and replayability. Designed for players familiar with the base game's Expert cards; integrates with the core game to deepen economic, military, and cultural decision-making.
