Net Book of Proficiencies

This rules supplement expands fantasy roleplaying characters with learned abilities beyond race, class, and ability scores. It covers weapon proficiencies for combat and non-weapon proficiencies for skills such as navigation, fire building, and other practical knowledge. Proficiencies are optional additions, with weapon proficiency rules intended for tournament-level play and non-weapon proficiencies available for groups that want greater character detail. Each proficiency occupies a slot and cannot later be changed or reassigned.
