Players place pieces and expand networks to connect sites to Gibraltar, fulfill Military Contracts for access to exclusive military technologies, and research technologies from both the Experiment board and the expansion’s additions. The game emphasizes route-building, contract fulfillment, and technology acquisition as players balance industrial growth with specialized demands.
