Pagoda

Pagoda is a board game for 2 players. It plays in 30–45 minutes and is meant for ages 8 and up. It is rated 6 out of 10 by 1 Ludoya reviewers.

Two players compete to construct multiple layered pagodas using colored cards to build pillars and floors. Each player holds five face-up and two face-down cards and uses them to place pillars on the ground floor and higher levels; once a pillar color is placed on the ground, subsequent pillars must match that color on that pagoda. Placing the fourth pillar on a level scores a floor tile of that color, awards points, and grants two actions on the player’s personal action board. A special final floor tile limits the next placements and yields high-value pillar spots; play continues until three pagodas are completed and the highest score wins.
