Citizens serve in a perfectly controlled city overseen by an all-knowing central authority. Players take roles as security operatives assigned missions that the authority claims are vital to public order. Gameplay centers on secret objectives, hidden loyalties and competing agendas: players complete mission tasks, report to the authority, and pursue personal goals that may conflict with one another. Mechanics emphasize suspicion, backstabbing and improvisation as players lie, betray and manipulate to advance while avoiding detection and punishment from the central authority.
