Paths of Shame

This supplement explores lives of notoriety and exile in a Viking-inspired setting, focusing on outcasts such as apostates, criminals, brutes, and other figures who reject society’s expectations. Characters marked as outlaws are cast into the frozen wilderness, where survival depends on the Norn and the Mark of the Wolf they bear. It introduces six Expert Paths, including the Apostate, Forester, Mold Dweller, Shadow Stalker, Slaver, and Spellbearer, along with four Mythic Paths: Court Rider, Peaceless, Siren, and Wolf Skin. These options do not impose Shame automatically, but encourage dark deeds and morally dubious choices.
