This dexterity game is played on a wooden lattice board with a linen surface stretched underneath. Colored balls rest in the resulting holes, and players use long wooden mallets to strike the underside of the board, moving their balls toward the opposite side. A ball landing on another player's ball captures it, while a ball that leaves the board is removed from play.
