A detailed fantasy role-playing setting focused on a prosperous medieval port city and economic hub of the Kingdom of Llan. Merchant guilds control the city while rival noble factions scheme to challenge their influence, creating a setting shaped by politics, religion, trade, and local traditions. The module provides regional history, city information, major NPCs, notable locations, events, and adventure plots. It includes inns, administrative buildings, guard posts, shops, and other sites that can serve as a party’s base between quests, while its rival factions and hidden schemes support urban intrigue and investigation.
