Adventurers investigate a solitary stone spire in barren mountain wastelands, where a legendary spring once brought life to the land. The ruined site contains a stagnant waterclock whose influence affects surface cultists and ancient elemental guardians below. This adventure for 4–6 characters begins at levels 5–7 and concludes at levels 8–11. Players explore wasteland ruins, uncover clues through archaeology, decipher a runic language, travel through time, and confront three dangerous bosses. It introduces the Flow and Stagnation mechanic, unique monsters, magic items, riddles, player handouts, and an optional hardcore mode.
