Serpents Below: A Lost Age Adventure

A short old-school fantasy adventure set near Fenmont, a village on the edge of the fens. The characters investigate missing workers, prophetic snake pits, and the activities of a mysterious snake people after a mud-covered woman arrives in panic. Designed for 3–6 characters of 3rd–4th level, the adventure provides material for a single session and introduces the Cecrops, a new monstrous race. It is suitable for Swords & Wizardry White Box and other old-school fantasy role-playing games, and continues the setting introduced in The Snake’s Heart.
