Six-Sided Seas

Players take the roles of rival pirate captains competing for treasure, islands and naval supremacy on a modular board of seas and isles. On each turn players roll dice from a personal supply to generate crew; after any roll they may push their luck and roll again or stop to avoid busting. Successful rolls create crew that are assigned as workers to ship stations, which can attack an opponent’s ship, search for gold, or explore nearby islands. Victory comes from sinking an opponent, collecting the gold coin target, or controlling a majority of islands.
