Spirit Island: Bodenloser Schlamm der Sümpfe

Adds a low-complexity spirit to Spirit Island. It creates Sacred Sites in lands where Invaders will Build, then uses its Innate Power to ooze outward and may need to establish those sites again. In smaller games, it can cut off inland lands from Explore actions by destroying inland Towns and Cities and preventing new ones from being built. Its powers generate Fear through unpleasantness, hardship, and disgust.
