Stark City Campaign Setting and City Building Toolset

A superhero setting for the ICONS roleplaying game places player characters at the center of adventures in a city of contrasting districts, from downtown streets and wealthy coastal neighborhoods to industrial parks and seedy entertainment areas. The setting provides locations, ideas, and a framework for linking multiple superhero stories. An accompanying city-building toolkit lets players create the setting alongside their characters. Players define aspects of the city and connect them to their heroes, incorporating setting creation directly into character generation.
