Players take control of a modern great power and guide its foreign policy and domestic standing across the post–Cold War era. Each player selects a leader and builds an agenda by leveraging votes in international organizations, cultivating allied governments, deploying influence and running espionage operations. Public image matters: meeting a leader’s objectives each round affects future difficulty. Play proceeds over four rounds plus a final scoring phase, with interactive negotiation and competition for diplomatic, economic and covert advantages. The player with the highest score at the end wins.
