Steelholme

A one-round Living Greyhawk adventure set in the Dullstrand region. A reclusive scholar plans to retire to an isolated seaside estate, but first his agent hires the characters to investigate the ruins of a former pirate stronghold and assess whether the site is suitable for rebuilding. Designed for parties with an average party level of 2–8.
