Stellaris Jumpchain

Players guide a species from its home system into the wider galaxy after developing faster-than-light travel. They explore new worlds, gather resources, encounter alien civilizations, expand their empire, and wage wars on an interstellar scale. Players can pursue conquest or work toward uniting the stars into a shared society.
