Faction cards provide exploit and surprise abilities, while leader powers and unexpected events can help or hinder opponents. Over ten rounds, players campaign, embezzle funds, play faction abilities, raise money, purchase investments, and compete in three elections, ending with a presidential election. The player with the most power wins.
