Supreme Leader

Players compete as authoritarian leaders seeking political survival and control. They build economies, form and break alliances, negotiate deals, produce income, bribe their way out of trouble, and purchase cards that strengthen their own position or weaken opponents. Leaders can eliminate rival belligerents by sending them to the United Nations, but those representatives may later vote on who becomes Supreme Leader in the final round.
