Tales of the Dark Ages

This collection presents four adventures for Ars Magica, set amid the mysteries and dangers of the medieval world. The scenarios take characters from a mutilated corpse and sinister priest, to a forest haunted by an ancient horror, a noble court threatened by poison, and a neglected Roman aqueduct concealing older forces. Players investigate strange events, uncover hidden motives, confront supernatural enemies, navigate political suspicion, and decide how to deal with problems that may affect their covenant and its lands. An introductory section explains the setting and system for roleplayers unfamiliar with Ars Magica.
