Terror in Freeport

An uneasy peace holds in Freeport, where serpent people disguised as humans move through the city and a sinister cult works behind the scenes. Players take on the roles of heroes investigating the conspiracy, following its connections through the city's alleys, docks, and political power structure. Designed for characters of levels 2–5, the adventure combines investigation, action, and intrigue. It includes details on the Captain's Council and Freeport's leadership, hooks for continuing adventures, and four pre-generated characters. It forms the second chapter of a three-part adventure series.
