This sourcebook presents a detailed overview of a ruined former capital now known as a refuge for beggars, smugglers, thieves, fishermen, merchants, and craftsmen. It describes the city’s history, current conditions, inhabitants, and hidden ruler, along with the surrounding Nyktoros Peninsula.
