The Big Taboo

A party word game that combines spoken clues, mime, and drawing in a series of fast rounds. Teams take turns trying to get teammates to guess as many target words as possible before the timer runs out, while a cluegiver must avoid saying banned words or follow variant-specific constraints. Play alternates between four modes—classic taboo-style verbal clues with forbidden words, limited-word descriptions, quick drawing, and pantomime—plus an occasional memory challenge that tests recall of previously revealed items. Rounds score points for correct guesses and penalties for rule infractions; play emphasizes quick thinking, communication, and team coordination.
