The Black Monk

In a desolate but vibrant world where time has lost its meaning, isolated residents of Elysia toil for the village and await the Black Monk’s yearly visit. Strange events interrupt their routine as an endless day replaces the night and the pieces of a larger mystery begin to emerge. This story-focused roleplaying game uses the Protocol system. It requires no gamemaster, script, or fixed ending, and guides players through character-driven scenes, twists, and finales in an experience that can be completed in under four hours.
