The Dark Chanterie

A high-level, construct-themed one-shot adventure for most fantasy RPG systems. The party is hired to investigate a 2,000-year-old cult shrine dedicated to a supposed goddess who may actually have been an extraterrestrial traveler. Within the shrine, adventurers explore multiple mapped levels, overcome arcane defenses and powerful automatons, and search for a lost tome concerning travel between the spheres and life beyond the stars. Designed for 4–6 characters of levels 12–16, the adventure includes pregenerated player characters, supporting NPCs, new magic items, and detailed encounters. It is structured for a 3–4 hour session and requires little preparation.
