The Hand Unseen

A roleplaying supplement for a modern-conspiracy setting, this book explores the National Defense Directorate, a covert organization preparing humanity for an alien invasion. It presents the Directorate’s goals, departments, recruitment and training, along with new professions and character-creation options. Game Masters receive rules for clearance ratings, missions, task forces, resource allocation, and specialized equipment. The book also details classified programs, Central Command, secret projects, special operatives, the Dulce base, and internal conspiracies, with information organized for disclosure on a need-to-know basis.
