This reference supplement supports Call of Cthulhu Keepers with background, game aids, and Mythos material. It covers Prohibition-era America, including bootlegging, law enforcement, firearms, and the Volstead Act, as well as the history of modern Satanism and its use of Lovecraftian ideas. Additional sections provide categorized scenario lists, new Mythos tomes, spells, creatures, and technological artifacts from various Mythos species. Detailed firearm entries include period costs, damage, malfunctions, noise, maintenance, and reloading information, alongside new Handload and Gunsmith skills. Deep one documents include diary entries, an autopsy report, and notes on reproduction and hybridization.
