The Manor of the Hollow Baron

A gothic horror one-shot for 2nd–3rd level characters, set in a haunted estate where a dying baron claims vengeful spirits stalk the halls. Adventurers investigate the silent manor and its shadowed grounds, uncovering clues, curses, and a tragedy older than the baron’s letter suggests. The adventure presents three acts across 17 keyed locations, with hauntings and consequences shaped by player choices. It includes a map, seven new magic items, and monster statistics for the Hollow Baron, and can stand alone or serve as a dark interlude in an ongoing campaign.
