The Name of the Beast

During a war on a divided planet, a weapon of mass destruction is unleashed. With international inspectors blocked from investigating, the player characters are hired to infiltrate the region and gather evidence. What begins as a covert reconnaissance mission becomes a tense cat-and-mouse operation involving suspicious civilians, nervous soldiers, and a military secret hidden behind the attack. This short adventure is designed for Cepheus Engine and similar 2D6 science-fiction roleplaying games.
