This supplement details the creation and operation of a thieves' guild, including its organization, activities, relationships with the law and local trades, and base of operations. It covers membership benefits, advancement through the ranks, and the responsibilities of a guildmaster. The book also includes mundane and magical black-market items, a Thieves' Guild Member background, three new NPCs, and two ready-to-use guilds for campaigns: the Shadow Thieves and the Shadowmasters of Telflamm.
