This sourcebook explores the Eaters of the Lotus, a conspiracy of eunuch sorcerers manipulating the emperor in 69 A.D. and seeking control of the Secret War through the Netherworld and its paths to other times. It details Gao Zhang, the Lotus organization, its minions, plans, and operations across different junctures, along with in-world documents and commentary from outside observers. It also includes creature powers, sorcery schticks, characters, dragons, ghosts, demons, and a ready-to-play adventure.
