Thunderbolt

A short science-fiction roleplaying adventure for 2D6 systems such as Cepheus Engine and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game. The player characters are hired by a retired starship captain to return to the site of a pivotal battle and recover one of the weapons that helped secure victory. The search brings them into conflict with a clan leader who refuses to reveal the weapon’s location while wrestling with guilt over the wartime destruction he caused. The characters must investigate the battlefield, confront the consequences of the past, and outmaneuver the leader’s forces to claim the prize.
