Town Center: Lower Manhattan / Paris La Cité – St. Louis

This expansion adds two double-sided maps that depict the dense construction of Lower Manhattan and the bridges and islands of Paris La Cité–St. Louis. Players develop urban areas within limited spaces, with each map introducing special rules and distinct challenges. The Paris map places additional emphasis on connecting districts across the Seine, particularly during construction.
